Nowadays French local authorities are more and more facing strong and binding legislation That is why with adoption of the Labbé law to ban phytosanitary products in public areas before 2016 and the Environmental Grenelle with the preservation of Green and Blue Belts GBB for biodiversity GrandAngoulême and Syndicat Mixte de l’Angoumois have to face this imminent and delicate situation specifically in relation to cemeteries That is the object of this report the consideration of a process to enable the cemeteries of Angoumois to be managed without phytosanitary products and to be integrated into the environment in compliance with the SCoT and the GBB The report begins with a resumé of the Labbé law and the GBB and then provides an assessment of the current situation and what is of stakes in relation to Angoumois’ cemeteries It then proposes suitable development and maintenance with fixed objectives to conclude with the description of two specific individuals’ cases Angoumois’ cemeteries one in an urban area the other in a rural areaDe nos jours les collectivités françaises sont de plus en plus confrontées à une législation forte et contraignante C’est pourquoi avec l’adoption de la loi Labbé sur l’interdiction des produits phytosanitaires dans les espaces publics d’ici 2016 et le Grenelle de l’Environnement avec la préservation des Trames Verte et Bleue TVB pour la biodiversité le GrandAngoulême et le Syndicat Mixte de l’Angoumois doivent affronter cette situation imminente et délicate principalement sur l’espace des cimetières Là est l’objet de ce mémoire la réflexion sur une démarche pour aboutir à ce que les cimetières du territoire de l’Angoumois soient gérés sans produit phytosanitaire et puissent s’intégrer à leur environnement en cohérence avec le SCoT et le schéma de TVB de l’Angoumois Ce dossier commencera par rappeler la législation française de la loi Labbé et des TVB puis énoncera les constats et les enjeux par rapport aux cimetières de l’Angoumois Il passera ensuite par des propositions d’aménagement et d’entretien cohérents avec les objectifs fixés pour finir avec la description de deux cas concrets cimetières de l’Angoumois l’un en milieu urbain l’autre en milieu rural
